Mark donates his time this morning to speak with nursing students on how to have more effective leadership conversations.  RNs and CNAs often are the ones closest to patients and the needs for patient care, yet oftentimes the hierarchy of medicine gets in the way of effective communication.  Leaders learn how to communicate effectively outside of hierarchies.
