Building Deep and Attentive Listening Skills

Being completely heard is one of the most satisfying human experiences, yet we are inundated with communication and we’re not really that good at listening.  We spend 70 to 80% of our day engaged in some sort of communication, hear between 20,000 to 30,000 words a day, but remember somewhere between 17% to 25% of what we listen to.  Wow, so you’re not alone in needing to sharpen your listening saw!  This session provides unique and useful concepts and practices to be a better practitioner in the art of listening.
