The Engaging Executive Program

This Executive Leader Development Program is designed to build the competencies and orientation to be a strategic leader of people and initiatives.  Your participation will grow some of the most important things leaders do: enroll people into a shared vision, build trust, facilitate effective dialog, construct a compelling culture, and create an ongoing learning organization that becomes self-perpetuating.  This course is appropriate for any business executive, VP, or director level, board members, government executives, chief administrators, education leaders, and those who aspire to those roles as their next career placement.  Come make a better you in a highly supported session while enjoying the beautiful mountain community and its amazing environs.

Lead Coaches:

Mark Haeussler, 18-year leadership development with practical business history of line authority (including  as a CEO) a Bachelor’s in Business from Arizona State, and multiple coaching certifications;

Dr. Steve Elias, Dean of the Business School at Ft. Lewis College and former Leadership Professor at New Mexico State University;

Eben Harrell, Senior Editor, Harvard Business Review, and a Bachelor’s from Princeton;

Dennis Coyne, Master Certified Coach, former Hudson Institute trainer, and environmental lawyer;  and

Ellen Babers, an 18-year trainer with a Bachelor’s in Finance and International Trade and former trainer with the US Olympics.

 

Fee: $3800 includes a three-and-one-half-day workshop in Durango, Colorado, emotional intelligence inventory, pre- and post-coaching call with an executive coach, and all materials.  Also includes:  Breakfasts, lunches, snacks and one social dinner for all participants.
